Arrow in the Community

It was appreciated from the outset that the huge and complex task of moving underground services away from the swept path of the tram within the streets of Nottingham, necessary for future maintenance access, would result in some inevitable disruption to residents, businesses, schools and traffic.

Working with the Promoters and the contractors, there has been a concerted effort to keep all the people affected by the scheme informed well in advance of works in their areas, either by way of publications, leaflets, public meetings or other awareness campaigns. The public liaison strategy, combined with planning to minimise the disruption, has helped to keep the public on side during the development period.

Arrow are also involved in supporting and sponsoring local organisations and initiatives.
